The
series of activities Economic Census 2016 in Rembang is now entering
the stage of training the enumerators (PCL) and supervisor (PML). Officers
are trained amounted to 519 people, divided into 4 waves with the
number of classes a total of 18 classes and nine local instructors. The training was held at Hotel Fave Rembang, starting from 5 to 21
April, the training time for 4 days to 5 days for the PCL and PML.
The
first wave of training, 5-9 April 2016, followed by 148 participants
from seven districts, namely: Source, Feather, Gunem, Sale, Sedan,
Kaliori and Sluke. The
opportunity to attend the opening of the first wave, yatu Head of
Production Statistics BPS Central Java province, Totok Taviriyanto, to
provide direction and opened training. In his speech, he congratulated the participants on his election as an officer candidate SE2016. Followed
by an emphasis on the importance of data SE2016 that will be generated
for the various parties, so that all officers to carry out a set
according to SOP. Every
officer is required to persistent, tough, communicative, friendly,
interpret every question and was able to dig up what will be achieved on
these questions in order to get answers on the correct and consistent. And with readings recited, SE2016 officer candidate training in Rembang officially opened. To
further provide motivation and support to officers SE2016 to work
properly and honestly, after the opening, followed by tausiyah of MORA
Rembang by Drs. H. M. Ali Anshori.
Training
of personnel officers will be expected to master the concepts,
definitions and various technical issues related to the implementation
of the field later. Should
be recognized, successful operation of the SE2016 listing is largely
determined by the ability of field personnel in identifying the
existence of the business and explore other information from the
respondents. To
finalize the readiness of personnel to log the existing businesses, on
the third day of training conducted tryouts with locations around the
training ground. Try out is expected to give a more concrete picture of what officers will do. With
the try-out, the clerk can maximize the opportunity to train and test
the ability of the interview and how to dig the answers of the
respondents as well as ensuring consistency of the contents provided by
the respondent. Periodic and thorough evaluation was also conducted to get the attendant who is really ready to record.
