IMK Annual Listing 2017 BPS Kabupaten Rembang

Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) again held a survey of Micro and Small Industry (IMK). The Micro and Small Industry Survey (IMK) is a sample survey of micro-enterprises (with a labor force of 1-4 people) and small industrial enterprises (with a workforce of 5-19 people).
            In general, IMK Annual survey aims to find out the profile of Micro and Small Industry (IMK) potential areas in Indonesia, especially in Kabupaten Rembang which can be used as material for planning macro economic activity.
            The target of the enumeration includes small micro industrial enterprises / enterprises spread over 14 districts in Kabupaten Rembang.
Annual IMK activities are carried out through the listing stages of the selected census block outside the SE2016-Continued census block and followed by enumeration of business / micro and small business units.
For Rembang regency itself the number of samples IMK 2017 listing as many as 30 census blocks, with the number of officers listing as many as 14 people. Each officer has an average task load of 2-3 census blocks. The schedule of IMK listing activity is from 1 to 20 October 2017 and enumeration date 1-28 November 2017.
At the listing stage, the officers conduct listing / household registration on door to door basis. Obstacles faced by officers when listing many households at the time visited by the officer was not at home. Finally requires the officer to come back to him in the future. In addition, another constraint is the map of the census block that has undergone many changes, making it difficult for the listing officer where the officer has to repair the landmarks without having to change the outer boundary of the census block map itself. Nevertheless the challenge does not make the listing officers lost in the execution of their duties. With perseverance and patience, the various obstacles in the field can be overcome by the listing officer. Furthermore, from the results of the listing will be sampling at the provincial level and after getting a sample of business and then enumeration of the sample of business / household business units conducted in November.
Finally, the implementation of the annual IMK listing in Rembang Regency runs smoothly, completes on time, and the constraints that occur when listings can be resolved. (SR)
