Briefing of the Preparation of Susenas March 2018 BPS Kabupaten Rembang

In order to prepare the implementation of Susenas in March 2018 and of course in order to improve the quality of the resulting data is not separated from the role of officers in the field. Therefore, prior to the implementation in the field, BPS Kabupaten Rembang held a briefing / briefing to 54 officers (partners and organic) held on March 2, 2018 in the BPS Hall of Rembang Regency. Previously these officers had attended training at the Fave hotel. This briefing activity is intended to refresh or recall the concept and definition and emphasis material in the questionnaire.
The briefing was opened by Head of Administration Sub-Division, Isnaini, SST, MM, while the delivery of the material was guided by the Head of Social Statistics, Khaerul Anwar, SST. During the briefing submitted materials related to the enumeration of susenas, enumeration SOP, monitoring / reporting PCS on the results that have been completed chopped in the field. So is the case with monitoring / reporting from PMS. Khaerul Anwar stressed to the PMS to really do supervision / mentoring at the beginning of the enumeration. This is intended to minimize errors made by officers at the beginning of the enumeration. Because this is one strategy to maintain the quality of data susenas. Supervisors must perform supervisory functions to enumerators should come directly to the field, not only waiting for the enumeration results from the officers, without knowing directly the performance of officers in the field during interview with the respondents.
Khaerul Anwar also asserted that the officer must really conduct a complete enumeration, must comply with the procedure (SOP) that is determined, do not let anyone do moral hazard, let alone until the officers do not do data collecting directly in the field.
Hopefully the implementation of Susenas in Rembang Regency runs smoothly, finished on time, produces susenas data that is accurate and quality. (SR)
