Culture Health Index (OCHI), Means of Organization Cultural Measurement

          Organization Culture Health Index (OCHI) is a cultural work transformation program to determine the health level of organizational culture. A healthy organizational culture is a powerful organizational culture, with most team members supporting and executing an agreed culture. To find out whether organizational culture is healthy or not, then every organization needs to take measurements of organizational culture. But so far many organizations have no method of measuring the culture of an organization (something intangible).
To get an appropriate and overall organizational culture measurement, including for each work unit, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) organizes the Organization Culture Health Index (OCHI) program.
From the results can capture the problems occurring in BPS and become material for future improvement, at least to determine the organizational culture program in BPS for 1 (one) year ahead.

Given the importance of OCHI, BPS Kabupaten Rembang follow up the results of the Central Java Provincial BPS OCHI survey that has been socialized to all BPS Kabupaten / Kota Se Central Java. As the information transfer, then the Central Java BPS / Central Java can conduct the socialization in their respective Regencies / Municipalities and to conduct assessment to the employees as a follow up of OCHI 2017 Survey, the OCHI Online Survey (for Central Java) is conducted.
Tuesday, May 15, 2018 The Head of RPS BPS, Amirudin, S.Si, MMSI conveyed the socialization of OCHI to all employees in the BPS office hall of Rembang Regency, and after the OCHI socialization was then instructed to conduct OCHI online survey. In the OCHI online survey there are 3 (three) items of questions to be filled by all employees (echelon IV / Staf / KSK).
Hopefully with this Online Survey questionnaire, can identify further things for the future BPS, especially Central Java Provincial BPS progressed for the sake of achieving a healthier organizational culture. (SR)
