With the theme 'Building Human Resources Strengthening National Awakening Foundation of Indonesia in the Digital Age', the Head of BPS of Rembang Regency read out the speech of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Rudiantara. In his message it is said that Unite is the key word to reach the ideals. Boedi Utomo provides an example of how to gather and organize without distinguishing the origin of primordials can ultimately encourage the growth of nationalism that became the main fuel of independence.
Further emphasized, the Government will increase the development of Human Resources (HR) in 2019, continue the acceleration of infrastructure development that became the focus in previous years. Through skilled and educated development, the Government wants to improve economic competitiveness and simultaneously increase the capacity of Human Resources.
Still according to Rudiantara that the calculations of experts, about two more years we will enter a golden era in the concept of demography Demographic Bonus where proportion of occupation of productive age is higher than the population of Non productive age. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics estimates, this span of time will culminate in 2028 to 2031. The "Demographic Bonus Generation" which also coincides with our "Millenia Generation" is, at the same time, stranded by the massive development of digital technology. Digitalization would be a threat if only passive into users and the market, but it would be a blessing if we were able to conquer it into a player that determines the global digital-based landscape economy
Therefore, through this warning, Indonesian people are expected to be able to develop themselves and able to seize the opportunity to increase their capacity. (SR)
