"Sharing Knowledge" in the Friday Smart Program

One of the Rembang Regency Change Agent Network (CAN) agenda agenda programs in 2019 is the Friday Smart Program, which is filled with knowledge sharing. This activity will be held every 2nd Sunday. For the first time, Friday 11 January 2019 Sharing Knowledge was held. This activity in the future will be a routine agenda every month.
The purpose of this knowledge sharing is to increase knowledge, insight and foster a sense of togetherness among fellow employees. In addition, by sharing knowledge, it will increase the capacity of HR in realizing the BPS Bureaucratic Reform (RB). Science that is very useful to be applied in improving the quality of statistics.
On this first occasion, Friday, January 11, 2019, Head of BPS of Rembang Regency Henri Wagiyanto, S.Pt, M.Ec.Dev, MA was pleased and ready to deliver 'Poverty' material to all employees. He delivered the presentation for about one hour clearly, seriously but quite relaxed.
For the next schedule alternately will be filled by fellow employees who of course with a discussion of interesting material.
Hopefully this will be the first step in guarding changes in the work culture in the BPS District of Rembang so that productivity will not be a waste of output.
Hopefully what has been delivered will be a useful knowledge for all colleagues of the BPS Regency of Rembang. (SR)
