Healthy Spirit, Blood Donation Spirit

When all of them were busy with BPS's task that was increasingly crawling, it did not seem that the routine 3 (three) monthly schedule had come again, namely blood donors.

Alhamdulillah, today on April 5, 2019, BPS of Rembang Regency again held a blood donor activity. This is a routine agenda every three months in collaboration with PMI Rembang Regency.

This time the donor is not much different from before but no one can donate blood because the hemoglobin level that is less than eligible (less than 12 grams), while for women the requirement for hemoglobin must be 12 grams ... Hmmm why huh? Lack of rest, conditions are in the process, less consumption of vegetables and fruit, lack of drinking water, and lack of exercise, of course.

Blood donation activities were guided by 3 officers from PMI and the event lasted around 2 hours. The blood bag that has been collected will be screened first by the PMI and then sterile blood will be distributed to the Hospital in Rembang Regency.

Hopefully in the future the number of donors will increase again and for those who have not had the opportunity to donate their blood so that they always maintain their health conditions, take adequate rest so that they can donate their blood. Hopefully your colleagues will increase their enthusiasm to share and care for others. Come on, donate blood!
