SP2020 socialization "BPS Rembang Goes to School & Campus"

One of the preparations for the implementation of the 2020 Population Census is socialization activities. This socialization activity is the first step of the successful Population Census of 2020 which will be held this year. Various preparations are currently being echoed at BPS throughout Indonesia. One form of socialization carried out is the socialization of the 2020 Population Census at the school and campus level titled ‘BPS Goes to School & Campus”

In BPS Rembang Regency itself, the socialization of the 2020 Population Census "BPS Rembang Goes to School & Campus" was held in 17 schools / campuses consisting of 11 high school / MA schools, 4 vocational school level and 2 tertiary institutions. The activity starts in early January until early February 2020. This activity is carried out as a team. There are 3 teams that are distributed to several schools. The school welcomes this socialization program. Hopefully students will gain knowledge, insight and understanding of the population census and the importance of data generated from this population census. The target for students is expected to be the 2020 population census agent to participate in the success of SP2020.

Students were very enthusiastic in accepting population census material, introduction of BPS agencies and introduction of BPS official schools, namely the STIS Statistics Polytechnic. After submitting the material, participants were given a question and answer opportunity with the direct speakers and those who asked questions or answered questions or light quizzes from the speakers and the MC themselves were given interesting door prizes that had been prepared by the committee.

To make the event more lively, the committee packed the event in the last session with the kahoot quiz and Gymnastics / Flashmob SP2020 games. Here participants compete quickly and correctly in answering questions about kahoot. And again the committee gave an interesting door prize for the kahoot quiz winner.

As millennial generation, they (students) will contribute, are ready to support and succeed the 2020 Population Census. The Indonesian population must be recorded once in 10 years to determine the future of Indonesia. Make sure you are listed in the 2020 Population Census.

Register yourself, your family and your closest people independently in the Online Population Census (SPO) on the census.bps.go.id link, which will start on February 15 - March 31, 2020. And for those of you who have not been recorded on the SPO, don't worry , in July 2020 you will be recorded door to door at the Population Census Interview (SPW).
