Monthly Service Meeting

Tuesday, January 14, 2020 BPS Rembang Regency holds monthly service meetings. This meeting was the inaugural service meeting in early 2020, chaired by BPS Head of Rembang Regency, Henri Wagiyanto, S.Pt, M. Ec.Dev, MA and was attended by all employees.

Official meetings are not only a means of sharing information on official activities but also as a means of evaluating performance. Among them are evaluation of routine and add hoc activities including summarizing all the obstacles that occurred during 2019, discussion of activity plans in 2020, bureaucratic reform, performance improvement towards WBK and discussion of a large agenda in 2020, namely the Population Census of 2020. So far the things which has been good in the past year so that it can be maintained even more improved and those that are still not good in the future will soon be fixed in order to achieve optimal results.

Leaders and employees must have a commitment to realize WBK / WBBM through bureaucratic reform. Mainly in improving the quality of public services. And in this meeting, the Integrity Pact was signed for all employees.

The results of this evaluation meeting are expected to be able to pump enthusiasm and improve the performance of all employees for better changes, of course this needs support and good cooperation to jointly advance BPS Rembang Regency. Let's maintain cohesiveness, togetherness, and friendship, becoming a solid and mutually supportive team for a better BPS in Rembang Regency. (QNerwil)
