Monthly Service Meeting During Work From Home (WFH)

As usual, it has become a routine agenda for BPS in Rembang Regency to hold monthly meetings chaired by the Head of BPS in Rembang Regency, Henri Wagiyanto, S.Pt, M.Ec.Dev, MA. Although in an atmosphere that is less conducive due to the co-19 pandemic, where we work from home (WFH) does not preclude the schedule for holding monthly meetings held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. This service meeting is the second official meeting during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) and conducted via video conference using the ZOOM Meeting application.

This was done following up the Menpan-RB Circular No. 34 of 2020 and Circular of the Head of BPS No. 169 of 2020 concerning the adjustment of the work system of PNS and PPNPN in efforts to prevent the spread of corona virus (covid-19) so that Social Distancing and Work From Home (WFH) are implemented.

In the meeting, in addition to structural officials who work from the office (WFO), several other employees (KSK) also attended directly to the office while still complying with health protocols (washing hands, wearing masks and keeping distance). While several other employees who could not attend the meeting in person, joined the meeting online via ZOOM during WFH.

Discussion of the meeting this time is still centered on BPS 'big agenda, namely the 2020 Population Census. The Head of BPS in Rembang Regency asks all staff to continue to increase the response of the Online Population Census. In addition to the SP2020 discussion, another discussion that is no less important is the routine survey which must still be completed even though it is undergoing WFH and evaluating routine work that has been carried out. He also expects all employees to always maintain cleanliness, health and enthusiasm in carrying out activities at home to reduce the spread of the corona virus.
