Monday (14/9), Head of BPS Rembang Regency, Henri Wagiyanto, S.Pt, M.Ec.Dev, MA accompanied by the Head of the Social Statistics Section, Herhardana, S.Si, Koseka Pamotan and Koseka Rembang assisted census officers in census data collection September 2020 residents to the residence of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Rembang.
The first data collection went to the residence of the Regent of Rembang, H. Abdul Hafidz in Pamotan Village, Pamotan District, to verify the population data of the regent's family who previously conducted an Online Population Census in February. The arrival of the BPS group was welcomed and received by Mrs. Hj. Haziroh Hafidz.
The data collection was then continued at the residence of the Deputy Regent of Rembang, H. Bayu Andriyanto in Sidowayah Village, Kec. Rembang and received by Mrs. Hj. Vivit Bayu Andriyanto. Similar to the Rembang Regent, the Deputy Head of Rembang also conducted an Online Population Census in February.
In this activity, both census officers and BPS assistant officers in Rembang Regency wore complete PPE, obeyed health protocols and implemented physical distancing when meeting with the families of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Rembang as one of the SOPs for census officers as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Representing the Rembang Regent, Mrs. Haziroh Hafidz appealed to all Rembang people to actively participate in the success of this September Population Census by accepting the arrival of census officers and providing correct and honest population data information.
Come on! Do not hesitate to accept the arrival of census officers as a real contribution in developing the country for the realization of One Indonesian Population Data. (Jq)
