BPS First Morning Apple for 2022

January 3, 2022 | Other Activities

Starting 2022, Monday (3/1), BPS employees throughout Indonesia, including Rembang Regency BPS employees, took part in the First Morning Apple which was held virtually via the BPS RI Youtube channel. The inaugural rally was chaired directly by the Head of the BPS of the Republic of Indonesia, Margo Yuwono.
In his direction, Margo Yuwono conveyed several important points, including that BPS must play a role in responding to national challenges. BPS must be committed to changing the way it works, improving the management of BPS partners and increasing statistical contributions to national development. BPS employees must be able to adjust to mega disruptions (industrial revolution 4.0, the covid-19 pandemic, and climate change).

With the theme “Statistics Collaboration Towards a Rising and Resilient Indonesia, it is hoped that all BPS employees can develop better self-competence, especially in the new position nomenclature era. In addition, in the context of implementing Bureaucratic Reform in 2022, BPS must remain focused on 7 areas of change and implement priority action plans in 2022. BPS priorities in 2022 include: fulfillment of SDGs indicator data, utilization of big data, development of sectoral statistics , structuring BPS human resources, and implementation of standardized risk management.

Let's welcome this new year with new enthusiasm by making better changes. (PR)
