In order to maintain the quality of the 2022 Research and Research Data, a Quality Monitoring (MK) activity was carried out by the Central Java Province BPS MK officer, namely Istiqomah, at the Rembang Regency BPS. MK activities last for 3 days, from 31 October - 2 November 2022.
This MK Research Research activity aims to be an early warning system at the research and study data collection stage so that later if errors are found they can be corrected and minimized so that errors do not occur on an ongoing basis.
Monday, 31 October 2022, MK officers will first hold an Entry Meeting to provide explanations & coordination regarding the implementation of quality monitoring. On the same day, the Constitutional Court officers checked the results of the Regsosek data collection in Turusgede Village, Kec. Rembang & Sulang Village, Kec. Sulang, with a number of selected family samples previously recorded by PPL.
Head of BPS Rembang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso also accompanied MK officers in their supervision of Turusgede Village, Kec. Rembang.
Tuesday, November 1, 2022, MK officers continued to check the Regsosek documents (WS Map, VK1 List and K List) that had been entered and had been checked by Koseka, with document samples from the Kec. Rembang.
Finally, Wednesday, November 2 2022, an Exit Meeting Monitoring the Quality of Research and Research Data was held offline at the BPS Hall of Rembang Regency, chaired by the Head of BPS Rembang Regency, Teguh Iman Santoso. The purpose of this exit meeting is to directly convey the results of the Constitutional Court's findings on the 2022 Research and Research Survey data collection to the Head of the Rembang Regency BPS, all Koseka officers, & the Head of the Rembang Regency BPS Team. Furthermore, the Rembang Regency BPS team immediately followed up on the Constitutional Court's findings to be conveyed to all Research and Development officers.
Hopefully this Quality Monitoring activity can provide better results, so that it is hoped that the Research and Research Data Collection activities in Rembang Regency will produce quality data and can be used as a basis for policy making in the future. (PR)
