The preliminary data collection field activities of the 2022 Regsosek (Research Research and Development) have ended. The process of the officer's journey in producing quality data is just waiting for the results. One by one the documents from the results of the Regsosek data collection began arriving at the Rembang Regency BPS Office. It's time for the Koseka officer to check the contents and completeness of the documents from the PML officer. This indicates that the business process for the 2022 Research and Research activities has arrived at the processing stage. The initial stages of document processing are Receiving and Batching activities which are the initial gateway to the document processing stage.
Receiving and batching activities are under the responsibility of the Administration sub-section. This activity started on Wednesday 16 November 2022. In this activity the receiving batching officer checks the completeness of the documents and then inputs them using the Document Management System (SIPMEN). The SIPMEN application is intended to facilitate the management of Research and Research documents starting from receiving documents from Koseka to document allocation for the data entry stage. Accuracy and thoroughness are required in this activity, because it is directly related to the completeness of the document. (PR)
