Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 on Public Service regulates that every public service provider is obliged to conduct an evaluation of the performance of public service executors. One form of evaluation is realized through the implementation of Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 of 2017. Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provide statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has conducted SKM regularly every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey not only aims to obtain consumer satisfaction perceptions of BPS data services, it also aims to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction perceptions of the quality of data generated by BPS. In 2021, BPS Rembang Regency held SKD 2021, the results of which were presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results BPS Rembang Regency 2021" as a form of report from the implementation of SKD. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti -corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and Anti -Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication.
