Implementation Susenas March 2016

     SUSENAS was first implemented in 1963. In the last two decades, until 2010, SUSENAS held every year. SUSENAS in design has three modules, namely Module Consumption / Household Expenditure, Social Module Culture and Education and Housing and Health Module and each module is carried out every three years.

     SUSENAS an activity survey to gather information / data in the areas of population, health, education, family planning, housing, as well as consumption and spending. In order to improve the accuracy of the data generated and for the calculation of poverty, data collection began in 2015 Susenas held biannually. First Half conducted in March and the second semester in September. Enumeration of March with a large sample size to generate data to the district / city level, while the enumeration in September with a smaller sample to generate the data only for the provincial and national estimates. Enumeration of March using 2 (two
) Questionnaire, the questionnaire Kor (K) and the questionnaire Consumption and Expenditure (KP).

     Layout / view the questionnaire used in 2016 was not much different from 2015. Changes in Susenas 2015, that the addition or subtraction variables. This change was made in the context of the effectiveness of the interview and the efficient use of paper for the questionnaire.

     For the implementation of the field, in Rembang there are a total sample of 72 census block (or as many as 720 households) with field staff as many as 57 people consisting of 36 enumerators field (PCS) are entirely derived from partner statistics, and 21 as a field supervisor ( PMS). Each PCS work 2 blocks census. And Any PMS 2 PCS supervise or oversee as many as four blocks census. With the burden of monitoring / inspection so much of course this is not an obstacle for inspectors to carry out their duties. Schedule enumeration took place from March 1 to 20, 2016.

     At the beginning of the enumeration of households, supervisory guidance and performance evaluation to the clerk, it is intended to minimize errors that occur both related concept definition, how to fill out questionnaires probing and lack of personnel so that mistakes can be avoided that may occur as early as possible.

     After completing the enumeration of households enumerators then submitted to the supervisor for further examination and to do data processing (data entry).
In accordance with a predetermined schedule, hopefully implementation Susenas in Rembang can run smoothly and on time, and can the completion of the problems that occur at the time of data collection in the field that could ultimately achieve optimal results and data produced more quality.(SR)
