SPDT-NTP Processing 2017 BPS Kabupaten Rembang

After the implementation of SPDT-NTP 2017 enumeration, the next step is data processing activities. Data processing is done with data entry for all documents using computer. Processing with server-client system where server is offline. Later, after all processing activities are completed, data entry is sent to Central Java Provincial Central Bureau of Statistics to be compiled with data entry from all regencies / cities throughout Central Java.

Constraints in processing, especially in Rembang is still a lot of error list. The errors are due to lack of completeness of the officer's filing, lack of maximal inspection of documents by supervisors due to the overlapping work schedules, the entry errors by entry officers, and others. Before data entry is sent to Provincial BPS, the data must be in a clean condition. The data validation process is still continuing and deadline data is sent to Central Java Provincial BPS on 20 January 2017.

In the future to anticipate the number of error list is to maximize inspection at the supervisory level, as well as necessary initial assistance officers in the data collection so that document filling errors can be minimized as early as possible. (SR)
