Updating Sakernas February 2020

One of the stages of activities before the data collection stage of the Sakernas is updating / updating households. Household updates are used as a basis for sampling. Until now the officer has completed the February 2019 Sakernas updating activity, whose schedule starts from the taggal 27 January to 7 February 2020. The number of Susenas samples in Rembang Regency is 18 census blocks and each officer works on 3 census blocks.

This update aims to provide an overview of the number of households in one census block. In addition, an update was made to check the presence of the household whether the household was found, changed the head of the household, moved in / out of the census block, joined with another household, new household and was not found. Updates of households are done door to door, this is intended to guarantee the accuracy of the population data that will be collected.

In addition to updating the presence of households, the officer also updates the number of household members (ART). These variables will be weighted in withdrawing the sakernas sample which is then used to sample the sample.

Sakernas is a survey that generally aims to provide a sustainable data base on employment. Specifically, to obtain estimates of the data on the number of employed people, the number of unemployed and other indicators and their development at the national, provincial and other districts / cities.
