SP2020 COORDINATION MEETING, DISTRICT LEVEL (RAKORCAM SP2020) REMBANG DISTRICT

The implementation of SP2020 really requires the involvement of the smallest administrative area government officials who come into direct contact with the community. And the key to the successful implementation of SP2020 is intensive coordination with each Ministry / Institution and Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) and the ranks of the central and regional governments. Both the Online Population Census and the Population Census Interviews involving the Village / Lurah Head and RT Chairperson.

The series of SP2020 socialization activities in Rembang Regency continues. This time BPS in Rembang Regency held an SP2020 socialization program which was packaged through the SP2020 Coordination Meeting at the Sub-district level (Rakorcam SP2020) in 14 sub-districts throughout the Rembang Regency.

The Rakorcam SP2020 was held on 17-21 February 2020 with the following schedule:
17 February 2020: Sumber, Gunem and Sulang sub-districts
February 19, 2020: Sarang, Kragan, Lasem, Kaliori and Pamotan Subdistricts
February 20, 2020: Sale, Pancur, Sluke and Medium districts
February 21, 2020: Rembang and Bulu District

The Rakorcam 2020 activity was carried out in the Hall / Pendopo of each sub-district office and attended by the Camat, all Village / Lurah Heads, Head of Government Section, Kapolsek and Danramil. The event was opened directly by the Camat and at the same time gave remarks and directions related to the implementation of the socialization of SP2020 at the district level. In his remarks the Camat urged and at the same time invited all the Village Heads / Lurahs and the community in their respective districts to actively participate in supporting and succeeding SP2020. This activity is a follow-up to the SP2020 Rakorkab activity which was held on February 13, 2020 in the Regional Secretariat Hall of Rembang Regency, where the event was opened by the Regent of Rembang, H. Abdul Hafidz, M.Pd.I

The Rakorcam SP2020 is guided by presenters (designated staff / KSK) from Rembang Regency BPS who deliver SP2020 related material, SP Online implementation and its stages and identification of the current SLS conditions. Rakorcam SP2020 is intended to build coordination and cooperation with all levels of local government to the smallest administrative area. The role of the village head / village head in SP2020 activities such as:
1. Disseminate information about SP2020 in various opportunities and media, including community forums and including Whatsapp Group.
2. Helps to install and distribute SP2020 publicity in various places, including banners, posters and leaflets.
3. Invite community members to participate in the Online Population Census and the Residents Census Interview
4. Provide directives and make a circular to the Chairperson / SLS Board of Directors to provide direction regarding their role in SP2020
The Rakorkam was also used by participants to fill in SP Online. It is expected that with this Rakorcam participants can forward SP2020 information to other devices as well as to the head of the SLS to participate in supporting and succeeding SP2020 by filling in population data online through access https://sensus.bps.go.id starting on February 15 - March 31, 2020 .

Come on, those who have not updated the population data will immediately update it now at the Online Population Census (SP Online) before 31 March 2020.
