Census 2020 SKTIR

July 24, 2020 | BPS Activities

The Household Savings and Investment Special Survey (SKTIR) is a household-based survey designed to obtain information about how households create savings, how much and how the savings are managed. How much households set aside their income through a variety of economic activities, how much is reinvested in the form of physical investment (purchase of houses, valuables and means of production), and financial investment (savings, deposits and securities).

So far, households are not required to report their economic transactions to other parties (the government). The best way to get data on economic transactions in the household sector is to conduct this survey.

The purpose of this survey is to collect data on household income and expenditure, household savings, household capital formation and household financial transactions.

The SKTIR 2020 sample in Rembang District was 10 households, of which the SKTIR household sample was part of the Susenas March 2020 census block sample. The initial sample was Tegalmulyo Village, Kragan District. Considering that the village is still prone to the covid-19 red zone then a sample replacement from BPS RI was made to Jatisari Village, Sluke District.

The number of officers was 2 people, 1 field enumerator and 1 other field supervisor. Implementation schedule from July 20 to August 2020. When going to the field, officers still apply health protocols to prevent the spread of covid-19.
The hope, the implementation of the field went smoothly, without obstacles and finished on time. Prioritize the quality of the results so that the resulting data is accurate and of good quality. (JQ)
