November 3, 2020 | BPS Activities

Good morning #SahabatData all ... hopefully you will always be healthy even though you are still in a state of the Covid-19 pandemic.

As bright as this morning, Tuesday (3/11) BPS Rembang Regency held a 2020 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey (IMK) officer training for 1 (one) day. The training was conducted virtually with a zoom meeting, followed by 25 participants, 19 people serving as field enumerators (PCS) and 6 people as field supervisors (PMS). The training was opened by the Head of BPS Rembang Regency, Henri Wagiyanto and guided by instructor Mustaghwiroh (Production Statistics Section Staff).

In his remarks, he gave a little explanation regarding the Annual IMK survey. In general, the annual IMK survey aims to determine the profile of the Micro and Small industry (IMK) potential areas in Indonesia, which can be used as material for planning macroeconomic activities. In particular, this is to determine the production growth and development of the existing IMK in Rembang Regency. The enumeration targets include micro industrial businesses / companies with a total workforce of 1 up to. 4 people and small industry with a workforce of 5 s.d. 19 people including entrepreneurs / owners. Annual IMK activities are carried out through the stages of listing and enumerating micro and small businesses / units.

He hopes that later the participants will be able to understand the concepts and definitions as well as the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) given by the instructor to be applied in the field, so that all survey officers have the same understanding of the concepts, definitions, and mechanisms of enumeration.

All officers who attended the training this morning had previously taken a rapid test with non-reactive results. All personnel must comply with health protocols and adhere to the schedule and procedures for conducting surveys.

At the end of his speech, he advised the officers to comply with the predetermined schedule, dig a lot of information (probing) from respondents and still prioritize the quality of the data generated so that accurate and quality data can be obtained. (Jq)
