Constraints that occur in Rembang such as lack of cooperation with the company's officers; respondents asked for a long time to fill out the questionnaire (conditional); questionnaires are still being led by corporate leaders and leaders often out of town; the company still has audit audit; respondents still go on hajj and there are still companies that are still in doubt, concerns will be related to taxes and other obstacles.

So the company does not have to worry about the data collection. Based on the report from the Section Head of Distribution Statistics, Winarso, SST, to date (the condition dated 30 September 2017) completion of the implementation of SE2016-Continuation in Rembang Regency has been completed about 95 percent. Of the total UMK and UMB, 2.79 percent of companies can not be recorded (company is closed, not found, double / double, no replacement sample) and 1.14 percent of documents are still in the company as well as 1.27 percent of documents completed in the field but not yet submitted to the supervisor (still in editing officer).
