E-Commerce 2020 Survey

Nowadays the internet is not only for finding information and communicating, but also for economic activities. Buying and selling transactions that were originally carried out by meeting directly between the seller and the buyer, are now beginning to change. The process of buying and selling goods and services can be done in the fingers of an internet-based network. This phenomenon is called E-Commerce.

Simultaneously from 1 July to 31 August 2020 BPS Central Java conducted an E-Commerce Survey in the selected sample kabupaten, namely Kab. Demak, Kab. Semarang, Kab. Kendal and Semarang City. Although this survey was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, the officers remain enthusiastic and optimistic that they can complete this activity to the end, while staying guided by the health protocol.
