Village Government Financial Statistics Survey 2020

June 24, 2020 | BPS Activities

Village development is all development activities that take place in the countryside and encompass the entire life of the community, carried out in an integrated manner by developing mutual cooperation. To find out the pace of development in the village, data is needed regarding the realization of the Village Budget and Expenditure (APBDesa) which can provide an overview of its capabilities in development.

The purpose of Village Government Financial Statistics is to provide data on Village Budget and Expenditure (APBDesa) and the realization of the annual APBDesa annually.

This survey is conducted annually. The first Village Government Finance Statistics was carried out in 1986. Since 1986, the data has used the APPKD (Village Finance Revenue and Expenditure Budget) format. In 2008, the format changed to Permendagri No. format. 37 of 2007 concerning Village Financial Management of APBDesa until now. Data collection on APBDesa realization is carried out by KSK officers using K-3 questionnaires, which are the results of village income and expenditure calculations. The data is available at the Village / Nagari office (Head of Village Financial Affairs). Furthermore, the results of the survey data collection will later be published in the form of "Village Government Finance Statistics".

The application of health protocols is still obeyed by all officers in collecting data in the field. Officers conduct interviews directly to the Village Head or other village apparatus. There is also a village party that provides data in the form of files and hard copies of village financial statement books.

Hopefully this activity will run smoothly, finish on time and stay enthusiastic. Take care of your health and safety ... (Jq)
