#SahabatData, small and micro industrial businesses are the most important things in the development of the industrial sector. The 2015-2035 National Industrial Development Master Plan (RIPIN) has placed small industries in particular as a contributor to the national economy.

In general, the IMK survey aims to determine the profile of the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) potential areas in Indonesia and Rembang in particular, which can be used as material for planning macroeconomic activities.

Specifically, it aims to determine the production growth of the IMK on an annual basis and also to obtain information on economic activities such as the type of processing industry, the number of workers, expenses for labor, raw materials, business constraints and prospects, turnover and other information related to the IMK.

The targets of the IMK enumeration are micro-scale companies / business units. In Rembang Regency itself, the IMK businesses that are sampled include the furniture industry, the clothing sewing industry, the roof tile industry, the rice milling industry, the veil industry, the food industry, the broom industry and so on.
